Nexus mods fo4 not downloading with nmm

After getting a few minutes to mess around with Nexus, I figured out what the issue was. Mods won't load from nexus, HELP! i launch the game and none of my mods wont load in the game. i reinstalled the game into my SSD from the HHD. Reinstalled Steam and Nexus to my SSD. I can download the ingame mods but the Nexus mods wont work. They say they are on but noting. nah no need to be afraid, if I remember correctly, Even NMM store the downloaded mods in it's download folder. so before deleting NMM, look up the location where NMM stores downloaded mods, and copy/move them all to a new folder, and use MO2 to manually install those mods from that folder. Download a mod you want to install either through NMM or manually. (How to download mods) NMM-Installation: First make sure NMM (Nexus Mod Manager) is installed. Then simply double-click the mod in the 'Mods' tab of NMM after it has finished downloading your mod. It will now begin to install your mod. Ive installed plenty of mods for F4 and its all worked fine, only now is not working. It says the manager is up to date, i have tried restarting, re-downloading a mod, trying a completely new mod. Just the same bltadwin.ru works fine except for the abcent mod files. You're not using MO but, for the purposes of this problem, the programs are not that different. If this doesn't work, then the next thing you may want to check is regedit - NMM or FO4 may have left something in the registry that isn't lining up well with your current version of the game.
